SIX NEW TIPPERS MARK A SIGNIFICANT ADVANCE FOR KENT-BASED LIME LOGISTICS LTD, ALL SPECIFIED WITH THOMPSONS’ LIGHTEST EVER STEEL BODY, THE LOADMASTER X-LITE.
Ideal for carrying a wide range of products including primary and recycled aggregates, road salt, sand and soil, these bodies bring together all the long-term benefits of strength, reliability and durability along with an industry – leading carrying capacity. Mounted on their Volvo FMX chassis, a 19.5 tonnes payload is easily achievable.

Designed and built as an industry – leader for high payloads in a steel body, the Loadmaster X-Lite typically saves another 300kgs in unladen weight over a standard Loadmaster Lite. This is principally due to X-Lite adopting thinner, lighter single piece side panels and a slightly thinner floor.

Complete with Thompsons’ own Covermaster cantilever sheeting systems, AutoLoc tailgates, front headboard access and Binotto combined ram and tank tipping gears, the six new bright white Volvos are already delivering the goods for Lime across the South East and Greater London.
